Policy for MSME Vendor Registration & Participation

  1. Free Vendor Registration:

    • During the event period, all MSME vendors can register free of cost.

    • A single sign-up allows vendors to register for multiple services.

    • Additional services can be added later by logging into their account.

  2. Service Commitment:

    • After successful registration, vendors must provide their listed services to clients on a mandatory basis.

    • Punctuality is important—vendors must reach the client’s location on time. A tolerance of 5–15 minutes will be accepted. Beyond this, if a client raises a complaint, vendors may face deductions in their payout as per client feedback.

  3. Payout Terms:

    • To ensure customer satisfaction, 80% of the payment will be released to the vendor as per their requirement.

    • The remaining 20% will be released only after customer confirmation of satisfaction.

  4. Vendor & Customer Conduct:

    • All communication and behavior with customers must be polite and professional.

    • Any abusive or inappropriate behavior reported by a customer will result in instant termination of the vendor and removal of all their listed services.

    • This platform is created equally for both vendors and customers, and both are valued equally by the company.

  5. Customer Accountability:

    • In cases where the customer is found guilty of misconduct or false complaints, no refunds will be provided to the customer under any circumstances.

  6. Reporting & Verification:

    • Vendors must provide regular updates to the company after reaching the client’s location to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

    • Company-issued ID cards are compulsory for all vendors while visiting client locations.

  7. Ratings & Growth:

    • Vendor performance, punctuality, professionalism, and dedication directly influence their star ratings.

    • Higher star ratings will result in more leads and better opportunities on the platform.
